Terms of Service
1 · AGREEMENT
By using inner-work.art and its experiences, instruments and features (the "Service") you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Wellness & Safety Disclaimer and our Membership, Billing & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by INNER-WORK ART LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2 · WHAT INNER-WORK IS
Free content. Sound recordings, videos, guided journeys and interactive instruments, free to access and play. No purchase is required.
An optional paid membership that unlocks creative functionality — recording, keeping and sharing what you make.
Membership sells functionality, not content. The recordings and videos hosted here are not sold and are not part of the membership.
3 · ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older to purchase a membership. The free experiences are made for adults; if you are under 18, use them with a parent or guardian involved. The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
4 · MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
Membership is a recurring subscription processed by Shopify with recurring billing by Appstle. It renews automatically until you cancel. Price, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Membership, Billing & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5 · WHAT YOU MAY DO
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own private, non-commercial creative and wellness practice.
Creations you make with the instruments are yours. You may keep them and share them personally with friends and family. We claim no ownership of what you make.
6 · WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
- Redistribute our recordings. The hosted audio, video and sound samples are free to experience on this platform. They are not free to download, extract, re-upload, resell, sample commercially, or distribute anywhere else.
- Use the Service commercially or professionally without a Practitioner licence — see section 7.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute the platform, its code, or its sound libraries.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, access or membership mechanism.
- Use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that harms, harasses or endangers anyone.
- Represent the Service, or anything made with it, as medical or therapeutic treatment.
7 · COMMERCIAL AND FACILITATED USE
Personal membership covers your own practice.
Commercial use requires a Practitioner licence. That includes paid sessions, workshops, classes, ceremonies, performances, retreats, and any setting — clinical, educational, hospitality or otherwise — where you charge, are compensated, or use the Service as part of a business offering.
Recordings you make with INNER-WORK instruments may be shared personally, with attribution to INNER-WORK. Commercial release or distribution requires our written permission.
Practitioner and institutional licensing launches with the INNER-WORK Academy. Until then, contact create@inner-work.art.
8 · OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Service — recordings, compositions, samples, video, artwork, visual design, software, the INNER-WORK name and marks, and the instruments themselves — is owned by INNER-WORK ART LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other law.
Recordings featuring the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra and other collaborators are hosted with their permission. Those permissions do not extend to you.
9 · SHARING AND LINKS
The Service lets you send a link that opens a track, journey or creation for someone else. When you add your name or a note to a share, that text travels inside a public web link. Anyone holding the link can read it. Do not put anything private, sensitive or confidential in a share note.
You are responsible for what you send and who you send it to.
10 · A LIVING PLATFORM
INNER-WORK is under continuous development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, content or instruments at any time. We may also change these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
11 · NO WARRANTY
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will produce any particular result.
12 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNER-WORK ART LLC and its members, contributors and collaborators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or creations, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is so, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
13 · HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Service uses binaural frequencies, sustained tones, moving light and breath practices. You must read our Wellness & Safety Disclaimer before using it. Nothing on this platform is medical advice or treatment. You use it voluntarily and at your own risk.
14 · INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNER-WORK ART LLC and its members and collaborators from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your creations, anything you share, or your breach of these Terms.
15 · TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6, 8, 11, 12, 14 and 16 survive termination.
16 · GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
