WHAT MEMBERSHIP IS

Every instrument, journey, soundbath and video on INNER-WORK is free to use without a membership. We do not sell content.

Membership unlocks creative functionality — recording what you play, keeping your creations, and sharing them with other people — along with first access to new instruments, entry to the INNER-WORK Academy as it launches, and member discounts.

PLANS AND PRICE

Founding Membership — $77 per year

Billed once annually. Your rate is locked at $77 per year for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If the standard price rises, yours does not.

The lock does not survive a cancellation. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at whatever the current price is.

The founding rate closes at the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2026. After that date it is no longer offered to anyone.

Standard Membership — $9 per month

Billed monthly. Cancel any time.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your membership renews automatically. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — every year for the annual plan, every month for the monthly plan — at the then-current rate for your plan, until you cancel.

Renewal happens on the anniversary of your original purchase. We will email you before an annual renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

Payments are processed by Shopify, with recurring billing managed by Appstle. We never see or store your full card details.

HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without contacting us:

• Use the manage-subscription link in your welcome email, or in any billing email we send you.
• Or email create@inner-work.art from the address you subscribed with, and we will cancel it for you.

Cancellation stops future charges. It is not a refund of what you have already paid. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and then stops.

REFUNDS

All membership payments are final and non-refundable, including renewal charges.

You can cancel at any time to stop all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Because every instrument, journey and recording on INNER-WORK is free to use without a membership, you can experience the entire platform before you decide to join. Membership adds the creative layer — recording, keeping and sharing what you make.

Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law where you live. If a charge was made in error, or you were billed after cancelling, contact us and we will make it right.

PRICE CHANGES

We may change the price of the standard plans. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Founding Members keep their locked rate for as long as their subscription stays continuously active.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT INCLUDE

Membership covers your own personal creative and wellness practice.

It does not license use in paid sessions, classes, workshops, performances, or any setting where you charge or are compensated. Commercial and facilitated use requires a separate Practitioner licence. See our Terms of Service.

IF WE END YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We may suspend or end a membership that breaches our Terms of Service. Where we end a membership without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

THE PLATFORM KEEPS CHANGING

INNER-WORK is a living studio. Instruments, journeys and features are added, improved and sometimes retired. Membership is access to the platform as it exists and evolves, not to any one specific feature. We will not remove a core capability you are paying for without notice.
